Ripley Public Library is seeking artists to display their artwork in our Annual Art Exhibition coming March 12-24. The categories include painting, drawing, sculpture, and photography. On March 1st at 6 pm, Author Isaiah Rashad, II will speak at the Ripley Library about his biographical book, Homicide of a Rat. A former gang member, soldier, and cop, this author will discuss the different sides of right and wrong. Join us for what’s sure to be a very interesting evening.
Jewelry Classes every Saturday at 11 a.m. with Barb Legge. Learn how to make necklaces, bracelets, and earrings. The library will supply the materials unless you want something specific. Adults welcome.
Join us every Tuesday during the month of February starting at 11 am. for a hot bowl of homemade soup to fight off the winter chill.
