On March 1st at 6 pm, Author Isaiah Rashad, II will speak at the Ripley Library about his biographical book, Homicide of a Rat. A former gang member, soldier, and cop, this author will discuss the different sides of right and wrong. Join us for what’s sure to be a very interesting evening.
Join us on October 30th as we celebrate Dia de los Muertos (Day of the Dead). Come and celebrate this Mexican holiday while enjoying some traditional foods. Bring the whole family as the Disney movie, Coco will also be shown. Program starts at noon.

Local Author Elaine Brautigam will be at the library on Tuesday, October 18th at 6 pm to discuss her book, I Am Sho-Sho, Too. Elaine will discuss her travels to Kenya, the problems she overcame, and the inspiration she found that left a permanent mark in this heartwarming memoir.
Friday, June 23rd at 6 PM, Puss N’ Boots – The Last Wish Kids are welcome to bring sleeping bags or blankets and wear their jammies!
